This town house is one of six units in this small "1970's" apartment building. It is located on the 1st floor and ground floor of a 4-story building. There are two units on each of 3 floors. The ground floor of this unit is approximately the size of the living room above it. The building is located on a quiet side street, a few hundred meters from the picturesque medieval town of Tuscania.

The unit is spacious, luminous and airy, thanks to the windows on both sides and it's 3.1meters high (10ft+) ceilings. There is central heat throughout the apartment (radiators).

The layout: a generous entry hall and corridor split the unit, with a kitchen large enough for a dining table, and a spacious living room with 2 sets of French doors opening onto a double wide balcony on the front side and 3 good size bedrooms on the back side of the building. At the end of the corridor is the bathroom with a shower over bathtub. There are also hookups for a clothes washer in the bathroom.

None of the interior walls are load bearing, so you can take any of them out and start over with "your" floor plan if desired.

On the Ground floor, there is a large (45sq.m.) room that can be used for storage, workshop and because it is just under the living room, it can be connected to the apartment.

There is a condominium assessment of €15 per month to cover general maintenance of the building.

Tuscania is located in the NW edge of Lazio and is extremely rich in Etruscan history and is a perfect stepping off place to visit the many and varied wonders of the area. It is 26 minutes from Viterbo and its termal baths, 20 minutes from Lake Bolsena, 30 minutes from Tarquinia, 35 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea and 75 minutes from Monte Argentario on the Tuscan coast.

There is train service to Roma from Viterbo, Tarquinia and Orte. For more information on Tuscania, follow this link:
